Bug fix: Changed the way user id is get from the session

FreeShippingTeaser 2.4.1 (OC 2.0.x to 2.3.x)

Improvement: If a customer has more than one address, the one added in the checkout will be considered, not the default one.

Bug fix: Geo Zone enable/disable fix in the admin.

SocialDiscounts 2.4.6 (OC 2.0.x to 2.3.x)

Improvement: A warning message is shown on the module administration if the Order Totals module is not installed and activated.

Improvement: Updated the configuration instructions.

Bug fix: Module version is shown on the module name.

SmartBar 2.0.3 (OC 2.0.x to 2.3.x)

Bug fix: Added the language variables for time interval start and end fields.
