This is a known issue when you are running a PHP version is lower than 5.3. This issue is caused by the RackSpace SDK part of NitroPack. In order to fix this, you can either update your PHP to version 5.3 or later or open the admin/model/tool/nitro.php file and comment line 769 by putting "//" at the very beginning of the line.

It will be addressed in the next version of the NitroPack as well.
