Hello William,

Thank you for contacting our support team.

We have noticed that all of your shop is using .jpeg format and only this image uses .png, we believe the problem stems from there, so can we ask you to change the .png to .jpeg for this picture and tell us how this worked out for you.

Hope this helps!

You can't download a .png from e-mail into the iPad.

I gotta find another way to get this png file available for upload?!??!?!?!

Hello Kyle,

Can you tell us more what do you mean by that? You are not able to upload .png file to your WaterMark installation from your iPad or this is another issue?

I have a company logo that is a .png file (it has transparencies in it)

The problem happened when I sent it from my company e-mail. The file showed up as SMIME attachment. When I went and sent it from hotmail to my iPad it worked. Everything is fine here and the product works.

Hello again Kyle,

This seem to be very strange, but I think that the issue is not from the module, but from the mail client and the way it handles the attachments.

Hope this helps!
