Is it possible to upgrade from Multistore 1.4.1 to the latest release 1.5 without losing customisations by knowing what files have changed? Thank you.

If you or a developer have performed any hard-coded modifications to the original files, these modifications will be lost when you update. In order to track the changes in the version you have on your server and the latest version of the theme, you can use a file comparing tool such as http://www.diffnow.com/. Compare the files one by one and see where they differ. However, the migration of a custom development to the latest version is an advanced process and should be consulted with a developer before proceeding.
