The extension uninstaller extension runs and lists the files that it will remove and gives the success message, but it does not actually remove anything.  Any suggestions?

Can you please make sure that the modification of the extension installer is hooked everywhere? You can check for any non-found lines related to the module in the ocmod log.

where do I find the ocmod log?

I found 58 entries in the log for uninstall.  Here is one of htem:

As you see, there is a "Not Found" line there as there is in all of the other entries I looked at.  How do I fix that?
