I believe in your Abandoned Carts mod for Opencart 1.5, there was notification in the main admin panel that x number of carts had been abandoned. This isn't happening with OC2.0.3..... or am I doing something wrong?

Hello Jean,

Make sure to refresh your modifications from Extension -> Modifications. This could be the reason why you dont see the number of cards in the menu.

Hope this helps!

Hi Same with, i'm using OC 2.x, it does now show abandoned carts

Thanks

Hi Adrian,

This might be due to custom checkout where the ocmods may not be applied into. As of today AbandonedCarts already support most popular custom checkout modules, so feel free either to update or if it persists open a support ticket.
