As far as I can see from the picture the problem is related to the z-index either of the instant results box or of the element where the search box is loaded. The element that holds the search box and the instant search results box should have bigger value of the z-index than the shopping cart and the slider. If you open a support ticket and provide your URL address to our developers they may take a closer look at the problem and provide you with a working solution.
