Have same question as the one other thread in here which are marked as solved, but I can not see any solution posted in there?

I need to place the module inside the footer area and would like to see a guidence on how to do that?

Currently EasyNewsletterSubscription can be placed only on the default OpenCart positions and unfortunately the footer area is not one of them. 

In order to place the module there, you have to copy the setting and the logic from the controller of the module and place it in the controller of the footer. You should also do this with the template files.
