I have just bought this extension and used all default settings to send an email. The email get delivered but no product or details show up

This problem may occur if you have not installed the module in your current theme folder but in the default OpenCart theme folder for example, in case you are using a custom theme for your store.

Could you please confirm that you have the module installed in your current theme folder?

Indeed I am using a custom theme and I have only copied the folders to the root directory. Which files should I copy to the theme folder?

After unzipping the AutomatedNewsletter ZIP you should rename the default/ folder located in catalog/view/theme/ to the name of your current theme. After that you should upload the files in this folder once again on your server.

Ok It is working now, thanks. Maybe it will be a good idea to add this information to the instructions file.
