I couldn't install with extension installer so I upload files one by one manually.

in admin panel I activate it and in setting panel I'd have all language tab's but I couldn't select them.

with mouse over tabs I'd have warning message : Illegal string offset 'id' in <b>/admin/view/template/module/whatsapp/tab_settings.php</b> on line <b>74</b>w-3.

in OC download page & tab comments ced237 had same problem but didn't have any answer.

I'll Thanks to direct me.

Last request : any Idea for "Telegram"?

i faced this problem , the issue was in (tab_settings.php) in (admin/view/template/module/whatsapp) 

the solution was to replace $moduleNameSmall['id'] with $moduleNameSmall in all lines
