Hello Harbik,

The issue is rooted in a MySQL setting called ft_min_word_len which job is to set the minimum length of the indexed words. In order to get results for 3-letter standalone words, this setting should be set to 3 (by default it is set to 4).

More on this setting can be found in this article - http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/fulltext-fine-tuning.html

I would suggest you to ask your hosting provider / database administrator to change this setting to 3 (or a lower value) and then restart the MySQL server (in order the setting to get applied). Then refresh the iSearch cache, and you should be all set to search for 3-letter words.

Hope this helps!
