my webdeveloper installed Nitropack for my site, and I can not add sub-categories now.

He thinks its because of cache.

OC 2.2. , default theme.

If you have page cache enabled in NitroPack, then you will need to clear the cache after you add a subcategory in order to see it on the front-end. If you are adding categories in bulk, you can clear the cache after you are finished adding categories and they will all appear.

How do I clear cache in Nitropack?

Open NitroPack's control panel and look for the "Clear Cache" button in the top right-hand corner. Press it to expand the menu and select "Clear Page Cache".
