Can you please activate the module, then go to the product page and right click->Inspect Element(for Chrome)/Page Inspector(Firefox) and tell me if there are any error messages in the console?

Ok, can you please navigate to the catalog->view->theme->default->template->module->whatsapp.tpl and paste the first 14 lines.

I am also getting the same problem of Icon not visible on frontend. the code you asked not on the path suggested by you but the below path:

/catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/whatsapp/whatsapp.tpl

could that be a problem that the code is trying to find the /whatsapp.tpl at path suggested by catalog->view->theme->default->template->module->whatsapp.tpl and the code instead of getting .tpl is getting the folder.

the first 14 lines are as below:

<?php if (isset($moduleData['Enabled']) && ($moduleData['Enabled']=='yes')) { ?>     <?php if (sizeof($products)>0) { ?>         <?php if(!empty($moduleData['CustomCSS'])): ?>             <style>                 <?php echo htmlspecialchars_decode($moduleData['CustomCSS']); ?>             </style>         <?php endif; ?>         <h3><?php echo $PanelName; ?></h3>                             <div class="row">               <?php foreach ($products as $product) { ?>               <div class="col-lg-3 col-md-3 col-sm-6 col-xs-12">                 <div class="product-thumb transition">

I am getting the same thing- the module installs correctly, but doesn't show up on the front end on a mobile. Has anyone actually managed to get this extension working?
