Hello, 

I downloaded OpenCart today and tried to install it on localhost. I unzipped the contents and set upload as the root directory in my IIS since the contents of upload need to be copied over to root, I renamed the config file and setup MySQL database. 

Now, when i type in http://localhost:8082/install/ in the bowser, i get error page instead of configuration window:

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

If i enable the directory browsing, i just see the files. And php file opens as text if i open index.php file. 

Please share how to fix it. Is it due to php setup or something else?
