Can the default OpenCart standard footer elements (e.g.  Information, Account, Customer Service, Extras etc.) be incorporated in the iCustomFooter custom blocks?

Yes, you can achieve this using the Custom Columns of iCustomFooter. Just change, for example, the titles of the Custom Columns to Information, Account, Customer Service and Extras and add the links to the desired pages through the CK editor for each Custom Column.
