With Nitro enabled, all my images go out of alignment, any one else had tihs problem.

Can you please try disabling the "Add width/height attributes to images" from NitroPack Admin Panel > Cache Systems > Page Cache?

If this doesn't solve your issue, we would suggest you to open up a support ticket in our ticket support system as this might be a theme-specific problem.
