I installed the extension, but every time I enable it and put in the settings and try to save it, it won't. It goes back to disable. What should I do to fix this? My site is not live yet; does it have to be in order for this to work?

Hello Lauren,

This is not a typical behaviour of the module and it seems to be a specific issue related to your store, which is why you will get your issue resolved in our ticket support system. Thank you.

Hello,

The reason you are getting the same screen is because everytime you fill all the information needed in the admin page of the module it creates a new instance of the module which is visible in the modules list in OpenCart. Please see the scrrenshto for more information - http://screencast.com/t/6ea357icDVHM.

PHP Notice:  Undefined index: APIKey in /opt/bitnami/apps/opencart/htdocs/catalog/controller/account/facebooklogin.php on line 28 PHP Notice:  Undefined index: APISecret in /opt/bitnami/apps/opencart/htdocs/catalog/controller/account/facebooklogin.php on line 29

This is most probably due to an epty APISecre field in the admin panle of the module. Have you registered an app in the Facebook developers website? If yes you should the APIKey and APISecret from there and apply it to all of the submodules you have created in your store.

If the issue still persists you are more than welcome to open a support ticket in our support system

Hope that helps.
