Thanks for reaching us. In short, to resolve the issue. you should contact your hosting/sysadmin to enable the php_zip library. ExcelPort uses PHPExcel, which is the most popular open source library dealing with excel files and it is widely supported across all hosting providers. This PHPExcel library uses php_zip to create the excel files, and you need it as it is documented in the ExcelPort pre-sale documentation (screenshot below). If your hosting has not activated php_zip, I am afraid this will give you future headaches, because you will not be able to benefit from any xlsx-, zip-, backup-related functionality on your website, which relies on it.

I would suggest you to talk to your hosting to enable php_zip, since it is a de-facto standard enabled library for most hosts.
