ExcelPort Permission Denied Issue |

Hi , I just installed your module and got the following message. I hope you can help me.

Hello Angelique,
It looks like there is a permission problem. Please make sure that the /temp folder in your OpenCart installation is writable by the Apache user.
As a test, you may try to set the permissions for this folder to 777. If this resolves the issue, for security reasons, it is a good idea to contact your hosting provider and ask them to change the owner of this folder to Apache and then set the permissions to 755.
