ExcelPort hangs on export

Hi, bought the ExcelPort Software and installed it following your instructions.

When I try to export anything, is seems like starting the jobs but then nothing happens.

Thank you for contacting us.

Can you please make sure you have sufficient permissions for the temp_excelport folder when used by your PHP user.

Hi,

The error turned out to be a permission based one. Solving it required to change the permissions for the folder /temp_excelport/ We set them to 775 or 777 and solved the problem.
