Hello and thanks for a great plug-in,

im using the free version of the module and have the following issue.

Everything works ok but the products in the confirmation mails are duplicate. The total amount its ok.

I set it up on a clean installation 1.5.6 with the default theme and without any other plug-in or mod and when i added the greek language it does the same thing.

EDIT: After a little search i find out that commending the following query in the xml solves the issue but also disables the preorder marking at the emails. ( i also change the action from replace to add so i can keep it there until a solution is found)

$order_product_query = $this->db->query("SELECT * FROM " . DB_PREFIX . "order_product op LEFT JOIN " . DB_PREFIX . "preorder_product pp ON (pp.product_id = op.product_id) LEFT JOIN " . DB_PREFIX . "preorder p ON (p.order_id = op.order_id AND pp.product_id = p.product_id)  WHERE op.order_id = '" . (int)$order_id . "'");

I guess its a query issue and i will give it some time.

If anyone knows anything please help.

Hello again! The fastest solution i found so far is this:

$order_product_query = $this->db->query("SELECT * FROM " . DB_PREFIX . "order_product op LEFT JOIN " . DB_PREFIX . "preorder_product pp ON (pp.product_id = op.product_id) LEFT JOIN " . DB_PREFIX . "preorder p ON (p.order_id = op.order_id AND pp.product_id = p.product_id)  WHERE op.order_id = '" . (int)$order_id . "' AND pp.language_id ='" . (int)$this->config->get('config_language_id') ."'");

I will make some tests to be sure but if there is a better idea i will appreciate it!

The previous solution is not working right. It removes the normal products from the mail as the "AND" expresion i have added  is checking the preorder_product for the language_id....

Due to high demand, PreOrder is now a paid module and includes many fixes and improvements. The free version is the first release of the module and may have some issues with the functionality. I suggest you to try the paid version, which also comes with a premium support pack.
