When someone abandons a cart a reminder email is sent after a minimum of 1 day. (No option to select hours)

To have the highest chance of recovering an abandoned basket the first email should be sent within the first hour, this can have a significant increase in potential conversion rate.

Why do you not have the facility to select hours rather than days and is this something you are looking at changing in the future?
