How Clear cache is actualy works. It seems to me that cache files remains on drive, and the system starts writing new ones. Will it use old files in future.

Some of our customers reported the same issue before. Currently the latest version of the module is 1.3.6. I suggest you to download and install it. Let us know after that if you still have the issues.
