Dear Sir,

I use opencart 2.0.1.1 and 2.0.3.1 to test your whatsapp module.

I tried to use opencart installation module to install whatsapp module. It was  complete the installation procedure. But I cannot find the module.

After I upload unzip file , I can see it in modules. And I enable it.

But I cannot whatsapp icon in product in mobile browser.

Would you mind tell me how to show the whatsapp icon?

Best Regard

Kitty

Hello Kitty,

Have you added the WhatsAppShare module to any of your layouts?

Kind regards,

Dear Andrey,

Now I use default theme for testing.

I have already add whatsappshare module to product layout.

But in mobile, it shows error as:

Notice: Undefined property: Loader::$config in/home/xxx/catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/whatsapp.tpl on line 44 Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in/home/xxx/catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/whatsapp.tpl on line 44

And would you mind tell me how can I use another theme?

Best Regard

Kitty

I have installed the module in opencart 1.5.6.4, and there is whatsapp icon shown, but if it shared then it is shown as below.

<b>Notice</b>: Undefined variable: language_id in <b>var://catalog_view_theme_default_template_module_whatsapp_tpl</b> on line <b>3</b><b>Notice</b>: Undefined index:  in <b>var://catalog_view_theme_default_template_module_whatsapp_tpl</b> on line <b>3</b>

showing like this in whatsapp message, not getting any link of website/products..

Help me solve this. Where to find the route file..

Once you have located the code you need to activate your license. Copy the code from your email or from your iSenseLabs profile. Open the module administration and go to Extensions/Modules/iSenseLabs module/Support. Paste the code and click the Activate button.

But I am not finding this.. what is the solution..
