Hi there, I installed smsbump and added credits. It is a great module and I have already solved a customer service issue using it that otherwise would have gone unsolved, so thanks.

However, I have now purchased a custom number from smsbump. I want to be able to receive replies like I can with my personal number, but i can find no clear instructions on how to use the call back url function with the opencart extension? What callback url do I use? where will I see the messages?

The smsbump documentation only says that a callback url can be set...it doesn't say how to do it.

Ideally I would like an automated alert when I receive a message. Thank you!

The documentation is now updated and you can see how to set up a callback: https://smsbump.com/pages/docs/receive-messages. The callback URL should be somewhere on your server and you should set up a logic which can work with the provided callback from SMSBump.
