I sent an email previously. I misunderstood how the data was output.
Hopefully I can get it figured out. If you have any suggestions that
would be great.

So far it looks like a great module. I really like that it works with
servers that have low memory.

Hello Clay,

Thank you for the update.

We would suggest you go through the ExcelPort manual and view the Examples that we created in order to ease our users and get them started. You will find both the manual and the examples attached in the ExcelPort ZIP.

Do not hesitate to contact us, should you have any additional questions or comments.

Thanks for the reply, I dug into the documentation last night and found out how to do it all.  I have a question for you, I would like to do bulk edits of my data, for instance I have a few hundred products that have the same pictures and product options. Is there a way that I can make bulk edits like that? Any feature of excel that would allow that? If not, would it be possible to pay you guys to make a bulk editing macro that would allow me to select which products and fields I wanted to edit, and then assign the same value to all of those? Thanks, Clay

Hello Clay,

Thanks for reaching back.

You may approach this issue in the following ways:

We plan to implement managing of the Dynamic Data as separate sheets in Quick Mode for such occasions. You may wait for the release of the next version, where we plan to implement this. We expect to have it in a few weeks. Upgrading ExcelPort is free of charge and we also offer free installation and support for the first year after purchasing the product.

Hope this helps!

Hi

Is there any progress on this, any timeframe ?

I have similar challenges regarding options and pictures.

Thanks

Hello Erik,

The problem in your case was that you were running a version of OpenCart - 1.4.9.5, which is not compatible with ExcelPort.

Hope this helps!

Hi

I also need the ability to manage dynamic data in quick mode, to rapidly copy options and maybe even pictures fast. Any update on when this will be a possibility ? I'm running 1.5.5.1

Hi,

Currently this is all possible in Full Export/Import mode. We can offer you to implement the required options in Quick mode via our paid customization services. If you want to get more information you can get in touch with our sales team at sales[.at.]isenselabs.com

Hi

I know it is a possibility in full export/import mode, but since you wrote "We plan to implement managing of the Dynamic Data as separate sheets in Quick Mode for such occasions. You may wait for the release of the next version, where we plan to implement this. We expect to have it in a few weeks." in april, I just wanted to know if there was any progress in the work. As of now i use another product to do this work, as its too time consuming to do it in the full mode.

Regards

Odd E

Hello Erik,

Yes we implemented managing of the dynamic data in a sense. Now there is filtering which will allow you to export a single product option, quickly edit it and then import it back. If this is what you are referring to, we have released it in the newest version of ExcelPort 1.4. You can take a look at the demo available at: http://isenselabs.com/products/livepreview/61.

Hope this answers your question.
