Hi, I would like to add footer to access directly to this page to make easier for guest to access directly from home page. I attempted to add myself other day and I couldn't able directly to page properly. It refer to 404 Error - Page is not found. So, how can I entry properly code in footer.tpl? Unless I entry wrong file. Please let me know how can I redirect to page.

Hello David,

We could not quite understand what you are trying to achieve. Can you please elaborate a bit more so we can have a clearer idea?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I want to add new link on footer - "Guest Order". So easier customer can click direct from home page. However, when I copied address from Guest Order page to entry in footer.tpl and run test. It suddenly refer to "404 Error - page is not found." That is my issue because guest order page still function properly but not by footer. So please can you give me specific instruction to able set up on footer. Hope this clarify what is my issue.

Thanks,

David

Hello David,

Can you please coppy the code that you are trying to add? We suppose that there is an error in the href tag that you are putting. You should put it like

<a href="http://guestorderview.demo.isenselabs.com/index.php?route=account/guestorder">Guest Order View</a>

Where instead of http://guestorderview.demo.isenselabs.com you put your website url.

I hope this helps!
