Whenever I try to import a .xlsx product file, it says: Active sheet index is out of bounds. Anyone help please?

Usually this problem stems from changing the strict template. Changing could involve renaming the categories, changing their order or adding additional categories directly on the Excel sheet. In order to fix this, you will have to abide by the set template and use the fields.

Same problem here, I export customers from OC 2.1.0.2 and when I try to import into 2.3.0.2, I get the same message: "You tried to set a sheet active by the out of bounds index: 1. The actual number of sheets is 1."
