When a customer get sents an email for an Cart that is full and needs to be checked out, how do i created a button that takes them back to the Checkout with the items that they did not check out.

Right now i can only see the option to click each individual product

You can create a button which leads to the shopping cart of your store. When a customer clicks on the link, he/she will see the products which they have added to it, so with that you should be good to go.

So we have installed AbandonedCarts 4.1.2, i dont see a option to add button witch leads to CART with products originaly putted in cart.

Can you help me with that.

Please, open up a support ticket in our support system relating these issues there. Abandoned carts is a paid module and it comes with a one-year premium support.

I've just placed my e-store website online and noticed that AbandonedCarts isn't recording customers names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses. It only shows ip addresses and the shopping carts items. I tried running an order with my own details and could see the shopping cart items and my ip but no name etc. Could someone please help me with my issue. Jeff.
