Where to Find my iSenseLabs Product License Code

In this blog post, we would like to give you more information on how iSenseLabs licensing works. We will cover licensing for both iSenseLabs.com and OpenCart.com purchases.

Why do we use license codes?

iSenseLabs license serves as a verification of the purchased product. For starters, when purchased, all of our products come with a license valid for one year. In that year, you are eligible for support and updates. 

Depending on the order you place, your license can be valid for 1 domain, up to 5 domains, up to 25 domains or for unlimited domains. You can find more about the licenses here: https://isenselabs.com/pages/licensing.

Once your license expires, your purchased products are no longer eligible for support and access to newer versions will be restricted. To stay up to date to the latest product version and have access to our support you can renew iSenseLabs licenses at 50% of the regular price.

How to locate your license code?

Purchase made directly in iSenseLabs.com

If you purchase a product directly from our site, you will receive the license code as an email.

You can also find the license code in your account at iSenseLabs.com, you just have to navigate to the downloads page:

You can also see the license code when you click the “View Download” button, which should also give you information about the latest releases of the product, along with release notes.

To activate your product license, you just have to copy the license code and place it in the Support tab in the given product’s settings.

Purchase made in OpenCart.com

When you purchase from OpenCart.com, the system checks if you have an account in our website by your PayPal email. If you do, then the purchase is automatically added to your account, and you should again receive a message in your email inbox. 

If you don’t have an account on our website, the system will automatically create one for you. Then it will send you login credentials and the purchase information to the email address, which you used to pay in PayPal.

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind, that sometimes the email may end up in your SPAM/Junk folder, so make sure to check this folder as well.

If you still cannot locate the license of the purchased product, you will have to contact us and provide information about the order. You can find your order details in your account in the OpenCart’s website. Basically, you have to do the following:

1. Log into your OpenCart account and navigate to the “Order History” link, which is visible under the “Account Manager” section in the “Your Account” page.

2. Copy the Order ID of the purchased product.

3. Provide us the ID number (usually 6 digits) by opening a support ticket in our website (https://isenselabs.com/tickets/open) or email it to us at sales[at]isenselabs.com. Our colleagues will be more than happy to give you more information about your purchase. 

NOTE: Sometimes our customers ask us about purchase information from one account and then it turns out that the data is added to another account of theirs in our website. Please make sure to use the same email when you place an order in OpenCart.com and when you register in our website. However, if the issue still occurs, we will gladly merge both accounts for you. For security reasons, our team will need to verify that both of the accounts belong to you.
