FacebookLogin Q&A
FacebookLogin by iSenseLabs adds a Facebook login button to your desired OpenCart pages. The module saves visitors time and allows clients to login with their Facebook account, hence eliminates the need for long registration forms.
Still, store owners are able to require a client to fill in extra information once they login initially.
In this Q&A, we have prepared the most commonly asked questions for FacebookLogin. Enjoy!
How to set up Facebook APP ID and Facebook Secret?
Facebook APP ID and Facebook Secret fields are two unique keys you need to get from Facebook in order for them to be aware of your application and to support it in terms of verifying log in attempts.
For more information on how to set these up as well as a REDIRECT URI, we would suggest you to follow the instructions on the module documentation, where we detail every step.
The documentation is accessible from here: FacebookLogin Documentation.
Just installed FacebookLogin but it would not display for me. What am I doing wrong?
Once you install and set up FacebookLogin, you should assign the module using the OpenCart layout system. You can learn more about it here.
Still, as basic info you can find the layouts menu in Design > Layouts > Products (for the product pages), Design > Layouts > Home (for the home pages) Design > Layouts > Categories for the category pages.
If you did assign and the button still does not show up we would recommend you to open a support ticket by going to https://isenselabs.com/tickets/open.
