I wouldn't even have to raise the ticket since I didn't notice the extension wasn't updated to its last version, on my installation, but the responses were fast and right to the point. It's glad to have a company who treats customers with respect. In the OpenCart eco-system this is not often the case I'm afraid.

Customers don't leave and go looking elsewhere, they preOrder. I had an issue with available quantities being reduced to below zero. e.g. Black (1), Green (0), on preOrder the Green would change to (-1) but the problem was that the Total Qty would then show as 0 (1 + -1) instead of (1) for the remaining Black product. This was resolved promptly and I have nothing but praise for the product and the Support I was offered.
