This product is a real aid in preventing loss of sales. Customers don't leave and go looking elsewhere, they preOrder. I had an issue with available quantities being reduced to below zero. e.g. Black (1), Green (0), on preOrder the Green would change to (-1) but the problem was that the Total Qty would then show as 0 (1 + -1) instead of (1) for the remaining Black product. This was resolved promptly and I have nothing but praise for the product and the Support I was offered.

The support on my issue was great, this is my first online store, (I've been doing business ad-hoc thru what's app groups, so big jump for me). You guys had the exact module I needed, it needed to be tweaked, and that's where your support kicked in, very fast, very efficient and very helpful. I'm 98% done with my site for a launch next week, just need a good shipping module to handle different flat rate shipping and some other shipping options, then ready to launch.
