Safely remove extensions from your store
Keep you store clean and tidy. With ExtensionUninstaller, you can safely remove extensions you no longer need for your OpenCart store.
How does this module work?
In your OpenCart admin panel, you go to Extensions > Extension Uninstaller and upload the ZIP file of the module you would like to remove. Then, you will be warned with the list of files that will be removed, and if you agree to proceed, the extension files will be removed.
From a developer's perspective, this extension iterates all the files and OCMODs from the extension you have uploaded, and safely removes them.
Why do I have to upload an extension in order to uninstall it?
In OpenCart, there is no track of the files you upload to your server. This module simply needs the extension to be uploaded again, so it can know which files need to be removed.
Troubleshooting
This extension requires your PHP user having write permissions over your files.
