Our 30-day money back guarantee ensures that you can get back your money used to purchase a product on isenselabs.com in case the product does not function as described. You can get also a balance or a voucher refund in case you change your mind and won't use the product anymore. 

Transaction Refund

You are purchasing an open source non-encrypted non-obfuscated non-tangible digital good from our store and you obtain the product content at download. Within 30 calendar days after your purchase you are eligible for a refund as you must meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The product is corrupted, malfunctioning or does not work as described and iSenseLabs Support Team cannot solve your issue
  • The product integrates an external service that has stopped working and iSenseLabs Support Team cannot offer a workaround
  • The product is not yet downloaded and you have changed your mind
     

We will not honor transaction refunds in one or more of the next following cases:

  • The customer is deploying the product on an unsupported platform, server or environment.
  • The customer asks for a feature that is neither advertised nor demonstrated
  • The customer has an issue with the product but has never contacted iSenseLabs Support Team
  • The customer purchased the product more than 30 days ago
     

Balance or Voucher Refund

We offer an alternative flexible and fast refund option of balance or voucher refund option where we give you with store credit which you can use on isenselabs.com store. Your case must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for this type of refund:

  • You have removed the product from your site and you confirm that you will no longer use it in the future
  • You have not been refunded for another product in the last 3 months
  • You have not already used the core value of the product that will stay on your site even after you remove the product. For example, if you have purchased a product with a sole purpose of migrating your data store, then we cannot honor the refund after you have already done with the migration. Another example, if you have purchased a product to optimize your store and you've already optimized it, then we cannot honor the refund as you have already used the product core value
